The group was set up in October 2007 to promote cultural, social and educational activities amongst the town’s Caribbean community.

We are a self funded group and raise funds in a variety of ways. Our membership fee is £10 annually and this entitles you to discounts for any events we run throughout the year.
We are very grateful for the financial support we have received from Hertfordshire County Council, The Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation and North Hertfordshire District Council.
We have also supported the following local organisations and charities: Sickle Cell Charity, Cancer Research, Headway Brain Injury Association, East & North Herts NHS Trust Charitable fund, the Howard Garden Social & Day Centre Highbury School, Cancer Wellness, Jackie's Drop In Centre and other local causes.
